About us

PoshPixels is an Australian-based studio (22 Prospect Walk, Altona North VIC 3025) designing and producing made-to-order wedding invitations, signage and event stationery.

Orders & custom design

Most products are custom-made to your specifications (wording, colours, quantities, and event details). By placing an order you confirm that all details you provide (names, dates, spelling, wording) are accurate. We provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins; production starts only after you approve your proof in writing (by email or the platform we use to share proofs).

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, templates and content created by PoshPixels remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a product gives you the right to use the finished item for your personal event; it does not transfer copyright or grant you the right to reproduce, resell, or use our designs or templates for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoshPixels is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
