Shipping policy

Production time

Because every piece is designed and made to order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production after your digital proof is approved, before your order ships. Some items (such as table signage) may have a shorter turnaround — check the individual product page for specifics. Rush production may be available on request; contact us before ordering if you have a tight deadline.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

We offer Standard and Express shipping within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International shipping

We currently ship to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and the United States. International orders ship via Standard International shipping; delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to our production time.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or delayed parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs once an order has left our studio, but we're happy to help track down a delayed parcel — contact info@poshpixels.com.au with your order number.

Customs & import duties (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
